Returns

Return Period:
Customers have 15 consecutive days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

Store Credit:
Exchanges are not available, and all returns will be processed as store credit.

Final Sale Items:
All items purchased on sale are FINAL. Custom-made jewelry, personalized pieces, earrings, and any items marked as clearance or final sale are non-returnable.

Item Condition:
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. Items must show no signs of wear, including scratches, tarnish, or other damage. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet these conditions.
